Our lobby is attended by a concierge 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist residents, as well as to supervise entry into the building. The concierge is your first stop when asking for services or registering a concern. All visitors must check in with the concierge. The concierge will also receive and distribute packages, dry cleaning, and any messages to or from residents.
The security staff is here for your protection and assistance as needed. Security cameras are located throughout the common and amenity areas of the building. The security staff regularly monitors building activities. No food delivery person, contractor, or mover is permitted entrance to the building or access to your residence without first registering at the security office.
Valet Parking is provided by ABM Parking Services, an outside vendor contracted by the Board of Managers. The fee for residents is $235/month. Owners of electric vehicles can expect an additional charging fee of $40/month. Guest parking is also available at a fee of $5 per day and $10 per overnight. Guests may leave their car in front of the building, leave their key with the concierge, and sign a guest book with the apartment number to be charged. Guests will receive a ticket and can text for their car 15 minutes prior to needing at 914-290-5411, noting the # that is on their parking ticket.
