The highlight of living in the building is the one-of-a-kind Rec Deck, a luxurious experience. With a large swimming pool, two tennis courts and one basketball court, there are plenty of activities to be had for all. Every year, The Tower at City Place Board sponsors social events, such as Wine & Cheese and our infamous end-of-the-summer BBQ for residents and their families. The Rec Deck has also been the site for summertime evening concerts and plenty of social gatherings with neighbors. There is a bar, perfect for large parties, and several dining stations complete with barbecue grills that can be reserved for parties, and there are no additional charges.
RESIDENT LOUNGE
The newly renovated Resident Lounge is a great space for entertaining large parties or meeting your neighbors to play a round of cards. The kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, ice machine, and three warming trays perfect for caterers. There are two large-screen TVs, a great space for watching the game or a good movie, and comfortable seating. There is no additional charge to reserve the room.
INDOOR POOL/SPA
The indoor pool has a 24-hour hot tub and sauna. The indoor pool is attended by a lifeguard and is open Monday through Friday, 9 am-12 pm and 4 pm-9 pm. Saturday and Sunday hours are 9 am-9 pm. Men’s and women’s locker rooms are also provided.
FITNESS CENTER
A full-service 24-hour fitness center has state-of-the-art equipment with treadmills, free weights, machine weights, arch trainers, and elliptical machines. There are also two Peloton spin bikes and a separate studio perfect for stretching or working out with your personal trainer.
BUSINESS CENTER & CONFERENCE ROOM
The newly renovated Business Center has free Wifi, laptops for resident use, and a high-speed printer. The conference room can be reserved and has the capability for video conferencing.
CHILDREN’S PLAYROOM
The indoor children’s playroom provides a great area for your kids or grandkids to play.
